Glenn Toney
Worship Leader
I’ve been in ministry for over 25 years in one capacity or another – music, preaching, discipleship, etc. The greatest blessing has been to know that I’m where God wants me to be when He wants me to be there! I’m excited about FBC London and what God is doing through the worship ministry here. To see Him work through a transition time is eye opening and motivational, and I’m so blessed to be part of what He’s doing!
I’m privileged to serve with an amazing team of vocalists and musicians who love Jesus and want to make much of Him as we worship and lead others to do the same. The talented folks who make up our Celebration Choir are a great group of people of all ages that love what they do and it’s evident on their faces!
My wife Linda and I, are blessed with a godly daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Zack, and we have 4 beautiful adopted grandchildren and Rebecca is pregnant and due in the fall of this year with number 5!
Galatians 1:10 is my life verse: “Am I now trying to win the approval of God or of man? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.”

Caleb Wigginton
Youth Minister
I am currently in my third year serving as the Student Pastor at FBC. Before accepting the call to ministry, I was playing college basketball at Florida Tech in Melbourne, FL. Unbeknownst to me, the Lord was using this time and place as my training ground. At the end of my freshman year, I injured my ankle and immediately headed for surgery. After a long redshirt, sophomore season, I was told my ankle would never heal properly and my competitive playing career was over. With extreme frustration and sadness I transferred back home to Campbellsville University with no sense of direction, career path or otherwise. I was not prepared for what the next months would hold. One week before school was set to start, I felt the call of the Lord. In that week, the Lord changed the trajectory of my life as I declared a Pastoral Ministry Major and surrendered my life to Kingdom work. Two awesome years later, I was blessed to graduate with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and a minor in Business. Immediately following graduation, I moved to London and began this new life stage of Student Ministry. I am a firm believer in the importance of student ministry and have a passion for meeting students where they are. I am so excited about what the Lord is doing at FBC and I can’t wait to meet you!

Tammy Schooley
Financial Administration
Tammy began working at First Baptist Church in 2008, with the Mother’s Morning Out program. She joined the office staff in 2014, and currently serves as the Financial Administrator and Director of Mother’s Morning Out. Tammy worked for 10 years in the banking industry.
Tammy is a native of London, KY, and resides with her husband and 2 daughters. “I am thankful and blessed to work with the staff and church membership at First Baptist Church. There are so many wonderful people here who are working to see God lifted up in our community.” “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. “ Isaiah 40:31

Susannah Sizemore
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
I am so thankful to be a part of the FBC staff! My husband Tim and I moved to London in 1997 and joined FBC soon there after. Living in a town where we had no relatives, the loving people of FBC quickly became our family. I grew up in Jenkins, KY, then moved to Morehead, KY in 1991 to pursue a degree in radio/television communications. Upon graduation from Morehead State University, I began working in television news. I loved the fast-paced feel of the newsroom, but as my husband and I began our family, I wanted to slow down and have more time for my children. I worked in the field of public relations for several years, but God eventually led me to join the staff at FBC in 2007, and what a blessing it has been!
If you are looking for a church family, a place to serve, a place to love and be loved, FBC London is where you need to be. Join us this Sunday!
Kim Smith
Children's Ministry Director
Kim has been attending First Baptist Church since she was a baby on the Cradle Roll. She grew up in the church and was taught and nurtured by it’s members. At the age of 12, she made a decision to follow Jesus during a revival and was baptized soon after. She was an active member of the youth group and youth choir. While in college, she began working with the children’s ministry. Then later as a young mother, she became more involved and was a leader in Mission Friends, GA’s, Vacation Bible School and would volunteer for every event. When the children’s pastor left the church in 2000, she was asked to join the church staff as the part-time children’s minister and has been joyfully serving for the past 20 years! She also is the office manager for the London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce.
Kim graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems. She worked as a computer programmer until she became a mother and wanted to be a stay-at-home mom. Kim was married to Randy Smith (who passed away in 2010) and they have 3 children. The oldest, Brianna who is a nurse practitioner and is married to Adam Fischer; Cameron, who is on the autism spectrum and lives at home; and Logan who is living in Lexington and attending school there.
Kim’s favorite scripture is Philippians 4:6-7. She is a firm believer in the power of prayer to drive out fear and worry and is thankful to be a member of a church who teaches God’s word. Kim stated, “I consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to love and minister to the children of our church and pray that I can nurture and guide them to follow Jesus in all that they do.”
